Poem: Spice Girls โœŠ๐Ÿพ

Spice girl

Live your life girl

Friends are few and far between

We stopped being friends at eighteen

Why didn’t someone tell me

That life paths and timing would fail me

That pretending to be a spice girl with my girls were the best days

What I thought was a phase

On this picture I gaze

Maybe you can’t relate

Thoes days I’ll always celebrate

Before internet

We could connect

Our differences weren’t under a microscope

Full of dreams and hope

Thoes says were dope

Nowadays we are far apart

I wish you well from my heart

Thought to dial your numbers but I stop before I start

Memories now art

Watching the movie and imitating dance moves

Knowing every line we found a groove

We thought we knew a little something

Fun, laughter and sometimes fronting

Shaping who we would become

For the things we would overcome

Keep it spicy

Nice and icy

An Ode to childhood friends โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’•โœŒ๐Ÿฟ
